The board picture of my solution

The two big problems below as mentioned above:

We cannot afford to lose idea from people in both developed and developing countries. We have to support them to provide a peace of mind to them to develop their idea, especially for those who cannot develop their dream due to certain barrels that stop them from doing it.

The idea is to allow people to...

For example the diagram below shows there are 3people who live in three countries in different levels. One from the US, one from Australia and one from a developing countries like Malaysia.
We believe that having the right teammates is essential. Sir Ken Robinson once said “If you find a place where everybody else likes the same thing that you do, it becomes really fun. It is because all had the same instrument together – they became like a family and learn from each other.”

At the same time, the

is also very important, for example the Traveling Wilburys. The success of the group came about not because they all thought in the same way, but because they were all so different. They had different talents, different interests, and different sounds with the same goal. But they found a process of working together where their differences stimulated each other to create something they would not have come up with individually. It is in this sense that creativity draws not just from our own personal resources but also from the wider world of other people’s ideas and values. This is where the argument for developing our powers of creativity moves up a gear.

It is very difficult to find someone who has the same interests as you, and it is even harder to convince someone to follow your path. Therefore, we need a central point for entrepreneur to look for people that have the same interests and goal as them to work on the idea together.

Two Major Problems - Part 2

We believe that equal entrepreneur rights should exist between men and women, but also developed and developing countries. People in developing countries are not able to build their dream because they suffer from lack of equal opportunities and social exclusion.
EEO would enable a wave of innovation, because amazing talent can be found anywhere. Maybe the next Albert Einstein or the next Steve Jobs is living somewhere in a remote village in Africa and carrying heavy burdens that stop him from doing things he wants to do.

Firstly we need to solve their issues, and then

offer them a team (if necessary), technology and capital, this way they would be able to come up with the next big idea and change the world to a better place for all of us.

I bet you had come across this?

Have you ever come across something like this - “Hey, why don’t we do this, why does it not allow me to do like this, it will make my life much easier”, or another example like the process below?

Another common example shown below, traffic jam scenario:

Every driver is hoping to reach the destination within a certain time frame, thinking they could have a solution from their imagination to get over the traffic jam.

Let’s say there are 3 drivers having the same idea (let’s call IDEA B) and they are interested in developing it. They have the possibility to work together and make IDEA B into reality. However, as mentioned, our societies stop us from doing that. Very often people are tight up with economy problem, lack of specific skills, capital and all sorts of burdens. Another problem is we

Above all, nobody is perfect. There we need a team.

that can provide us a central point that could

help us to identify the team and VC easily.

Two Major Problems - Part 1

There are two major problems but today we are going to discuss about the first major problem.

1.

This is Philips. He believes that every problem has in it the seed of its own solution, every existing solution are made from a problem, and an idea is the fight sight of solving a problem. In short, IDEA is HOPE.

Idea is made by human imagination and creativity knowledge while we are thinking and encountering a specific problem. We encounter problems everyday and solutions can be easily created in our mind. Imagine there is a platform that can allow us to bring our idea into reality to solve more problems to make the world a better place.

In order to be creative, one has to take action. It involves putting your imagination to work to create something new, to come up with new solutions to problems, even to think of new problems or questions.

However, people tend to forget to learn and improve the things they are good at, and things that they enjoy doing, for example interest, talent and passion. Time is often the major problem. People are often occupied with overloaded schedule and no time for entrepreneurial work.

Another issue that would demotivate people to think about entrepreneurial work are lack of certain skills. As an example, you have an idea to do something but you are lacking of technical skills to bring the idea into reality, and also lacking of management skills to manage the project.

Therefore.....

                         Normally.....

When people have a great idea in  mind....

                                                                                                                  ....it will just fade away.

Question…

Have you ever counted how many ideas you have in your mind in a week or on your desk, office, TO DO list or places like that that just sit in the corner covered in dust? When was the last time you propose your dream and work on it?

We are tired of throwing away good ideas and tired of daily routine jobs. Our goal is to make dream alive.

Our Vision

Interesting research below by Anna Vital stating the job of 7.2 billion people on earth doing in an abstract manner.

Based on the information above, earlyent would like to take this opportunity to introduce the vision of earlyent.
earlyent modified the diagram and put it as their vision. The modified diagram below shows a big changes in the entrepreneurs section in purple from 400+ million to 1.69 billion by bringing a few percentage of people from other industry to the entrepreneurial sector.

2% from 'too young to work (ages 0-15)
5% from 'work in services'
4% from 'work in agriculture'
3% from 'work in industrial jobs'
1% from 'older than 64'
3% from 'unemployed'

total of 18% to entrepreneurs sector.

imagine the world has more entrepreneurial...

For Your Attention:
based on research by Sir Ken Robinson, we profoundly believe that children from age of 5 could doing the things they like to do by the God Given unique talented skill. Therefore we brought 2% over.

earlyent also believe that retirees have dream, dream that they wanted to achieve. So 1% brought over.

and the last sector that take into consideration is the unemployed. With this, we believe that unemployed would find them in entrepreneurial work with proper care are given to them and we believe the improvement of 3%  is highly reasonable.

In the nutshell...

earlyent's goal is to improve the number of entrepreneur in the goal because earlyent believe that everyone in these catagories deserve entrepreneurship opportunity and entrepreneurship is for everyone.

we believe this is achievable and it is good for you, what do say you?

earlyent first proposal to improve entrepreneurial opportunity - EEO v1.1

An abstract view of Bring IDEA to LIVE

Imagine you have an idea while you encounter a problem, a common problem like you being stuck in a bad traffic for 2 hours. The idea that you had in mind is to create a flying car, or a teleport system that can send you from your working place central to the nearest central port station to your house. This idea is possible and this can be built as engineers have created the first prototype of flying car.

However, people tend not to work on the idea because of many constraint such as burden, lack of team mates, busy schedule, families, lack of skills and so on. What if, there is a channel or platform that can minimize the constraint and give people a peace of mind to work on their idea?

What do say you?

To the people who born in 1985 above, We think... You should...

During the time in 1990s, many complaints about their jobs are boring, repetitive and uncreative. While technology has moves quickly, we managed to get human to do smarter things and send the boring and uncreative jobs to developing countries, today known as outsourcing. At the same time, people has started work-from-home and refused to work in the office because office are not the best place to deliver outcome.

Researcher estimated that in 2030, smart programs could replace all boring and repetitive jobs and it can be done more effective and efficiently than done by my humans manually. Today in 2015, you should noticed that some of the segments of your job tasks has already been replaced by smart programs, or certain data entry has outsourced to India, and companies practicing work-from-home strategy.

One step beyond that, researcher also predicts that robot and AI could replace human tasks. That means, your job tasks will be automated and your skills will not required anymore because robots can think faster and more efficiently, humans may only help in making complex decision. At this time, your labor cost and your value may not as valuable as now and big companies may take advantage on this matter by cutting out wages.

**Imagine if your current job and task could possibly replace by robots or programs in the next 10 years, then you could have wasted 10 years of your working experience and your time! Why not you start working on something that you care about and learn from there? At least the experience are not as boring as now.

We think it is important to learn how to become an entrepreneur when you have an idea or you are bored of your routine job. Many graduates with good ideas are forced to work in the industry as a fresh graduate to do daily routine job which has no value to them. Therefore, we need more entrepreneurs to do smart things, and then the robot or AI can do the daily routine jobs.

We at earlyent supports entrepreneurial work and we believe you would enjoy the journey as an entrepreneur.

Think....

Say for those who born in 1985 above, if you stick with the traditional way of doing things, find a job, get some working experience, earn a living, or start a business after some working experience, this may not be a good start because by the age of 35 (critical period), your working experience that you had gained from various companies will be replaced by smart AI and robots that created by people. Your company will then replace your position with robots.

In result, you wasted your career and 10 years time.
